Failing to fix faults

Grey area of debatable warranty policy wording.

A conversation with SUK looms.

I have already emailed the service manager directly regarding this problem and another poor repair so I await his response.

People are still getting caught up on the warranty of replacement parts.

It is all irrelevant, those parts haven't fixed the issue. Put the original parts back on and the dealer can keep their replacement parts, they aren't needed.

As in my original post @Whenwillilearn, get confirmation from Skoda UK that they'll put good the acknowledged issue after the warranty has expired.

See here for an almost identical scenario...

The parts warranty isn't the issue here, it's the dealers inability to properly diagnose and fix a known fault.
