hi there i have a 05 reg silver fabia vrs and notive my thottle isnt the most sharpest, when i go over speed humps and pullaway it doesnt pull all that well and also in first and foot down, upon driving throttle seems fine, in looking at other threads people have mention - 'drive by wire throttle' which is electronically controlled, but my friend who has a 53 reg yellow furby vrs (same car) throttle seems so much better and very responsive, and his car does have a throttle cable as our dealership had to adjust it as he has a vibration though pedal at very high speeds...so do the new 05 vrs fabia have a drive by wire throttle and the older ones have throtttle cables or do all fabia vrs have throttle cables, mine is going in next week and the dealership seemed to think that they can adjust the throttle cable for me and sort this problem out? any ideas? what differences are there in the different aged fabia vrs's???????? :confused: :confused: :confused:

No VAG diesel engine since about 1990 has had a throttle cable (maybe the Felicia does, cant remember)
