I'm an owner of MY2020 Scout and car was ordered with Amundsen Navi and additionally DAB+ option. It turned out that its impossible to switch radio band to DAB - there is no band switch on display in lower left corner.
I have unit 565035874 installed in my car - according to https://ifinterface.com/prog/car/cp2/inprog.php  565035874  is only one possible unit after 08.07.2019. When I check previous main unit model (5Q0035874C) i see that it has DAB+ connector.

However I'm unable to find any information if main unit 565035874 supports DAB+ or not. Does anyone have any idea? What root cause can be for lack of DAB+?

Yes. And "investigation is ongoing"... 

Shouldn't need much investigating. All they have to do is look at the order sheet, look at the unit installed, and stick it on diagnostics to see what's going on. I suspect they're trying to think up an excuse as to why you didn't get what you ordered and paid for.
