Phatbox problems

Hello friends need help.

Im trying to install Phatbox in my Superb.

I've got phatbox with audi cable(round one with 13pin), and I didnt had cd changer cable pre installed in my car, so Im thinking I have 2 options:

*I saw on some treads that I need like adapter(I hope admins doesnt mind for links):

Can someone confirm me that second option will  work?

Cause it is cheaper for me right now, Im from another country and I woudnt pay double shipping...

I dont know are pins and wires same on these two....
