Front armrest too low

Featured Replies

Had a Fabia before switching to Scala. In the Fabia you could adjust the height of the armrest. Can´t find that functionality in the Scala. Am I missing something?

Nope. Its not possible.

It's not adjustable shame really as i was going to get one but it's one of the thing that stop me ordering one

Agree definitely too low for the average person and a pain on long motorway journeys. Octavia arm rest was fine.

An arm rest would not put me off buying a car i never use it anyway even on long trips cars years ago didn't come with them old school

I see what you mean; I folded the arm rest on my Octy out of my way when I bought the car, and it's stayed there for 14 years.

Lower the seat...

Sorry for the necropost, but google leads here.

My girlfriend got a Scala and had the same problem, armrest too low for her.

Since I got a 3D printer I designed a little thingy that you can put between the armrest and the console to raise it 4 cm (I will add some more heights to the link soon, as well as pictures).

If you don't have a 3D printer or know someone that does there are 3D printing services online.

Before printing you should check what height adjustment you need. If it's different to those on the link I posted I can easily change it for you.

Sell me one. Pleeeeeeease! This drives me insane! I'm currently using a monster can in the rear cup holder.
