Tried to PM SKI78, but to no avail in relation to MIB2 Amundsen headunit.  I have a new Octavia Scout TDI 4x4DSG, but the MIB2 unit is somewhat glitchy (random volume changes, random quietness, slow starting up, Skoda Connect VERY glitchy etc).  I noticed that the firmware build seemed to be from 2016 (eyk) - do Skoda always ship really old firmware to their vehicles?

 

Anyhow, I'm looking to do a firmware update. 

 

Does anybody know the latest version of firmware or even have access to a changelog?

Firmware versions are given major changes for each model of radio, 2016 being 02xx, 2017 being 03xx and 2018 being 04xx for the Amundsen so your brand new car won’t have 2016 firmware. Skoda don’t make these public by themselves usually but if you have an issue your dealer may be willing to help update the firmware.

Turns out I have version 0475 of the firmware. Is there a changelog for that version of software and anything newer?
