My wife's Karoq 1.5 TSI DSG is going for service this coming Thursday and also so far 3 warranty items below, can anyone recommend anything else that is known to fail so i can check? I just don't drive the car at all to notice issues?

 

1. Top dashboard storage compartment lid gets stuck

2. Glove box compartment lid gets stuck

3. Driver front seat belt doesn't always retract

4. Anything else that i could check based on forum feedback....

 

Software updated - I am not sure if the car suffers the reported kangaroo from the initial acceleration and frankly the 100+ is a bit confusing as some suggest its only for the manual not DSG but then others state it is for DSG.

I'm not a betting man, but my experience of main dealers fixing rattles and squeaks means that I'll have a tenner on your dealer not successfully resolving 1, 2 or 3.

Might be worth checking to see if you have a MOLL battery fitted. Just had mine replaced under warranty, even though it hasn't given me any problems whatsoever in the last two years of ownership.
