As per the title I'm considering leasing a 2020 190 TSI SEL after selling my 65 plate 150 TDI SEL late last year and just wondered about lead times for delivery given the 6m wait first time around (i ordered mine just after launch).

 

You might argue that I lack imagination going for the same model again but having looked around there is nothing else anywhere near the price that can touch it. Going for petrol this time around though. Sod the fuel economy, the diesels are just too gruff and clattery.

 

Half interested in the XC40 but the build quality is more Octavia than Superb and obvz its a smaller car.

I've just had an order go in last week for an SEL iV estate and was told 14 weeks, looking at end April/early May for delivery.

Ordered a 1.5 TSI manual Estate on 21/9/19 and was told a probable December arrival date.  Went back 2 weeks later and after a very extensive test drive changed the order to a DSG assuming they could just change the order but the dealers seemed to think it would push it back to January.

To the dealers surprise the vehicle arrived in the UK early December and I picked it up on 11/12/19.  So on that particular variant, 11/12 weeks.

I ordered mine in September 2019 and it took under 2 months. Mine's left hand drive, maybe it makes a difference.

Don't know about your model but I ordered a Superb Hatchback 1.5 SEL and I was informed that it presently has a twelve week lead time. 

I ordered my 1.5 DSG Estate in mid Sept and picked it up the week before Xmas. I was surprised how quick the transfer to dealer was after build week end of November

Mine was ordered 2 weeks ago, due to be delivered 23rd April

 

Personal lease, not signed anything yet and probably won't until April.

Phoned Skoda UK yesterday, and was told superb production is around 13-14 weeks from order.

 

mine was order 20th Jan, not yet got a provisional build date which can take 2-4 weeks.

 

so...all being well, on track for delivery April/May time.

I’ve received a similar message. Just ordered a superb combi sportline iv and have been told to expect it in May 👍🏻
