Skoda Connect

Featured Replies

Does anyone have the full Skoda Connect service, i.e. the full subscription service, if so are you able to log into the website by means of a Windows 10 PC?

I've tried on two different PCs and can't get in.  Skoda Customer Services advise me that it is the Cookies settings on my PC.

Anyone else enjoying the same high quality service?

Yes I can access it on a surface pro on W10

Why not try a different browser?

Have the same problem with Edge and Chrome.

Nothing to do with Cookies or the browser.  To work it requires a location.  My location was switched off in my PC.

I suppose it would find it very difficult to hoot the horn when you're within x number of metres from the car when it didn't know where you were! ;)

Most people normally have location services turned on on their phones - just to make solving your initial dilemma a tad harder!

At least you're sorted now.

The problem is, after all that effort and now you're in, you'll realise how rubbish it is, and how it's unavailable more than it is available.

Yep. Let the kids play with it for 12 months FOC then walk away.

Avoid the frustration.
