No, 12.7V is what a new or healthy battery would read, 12.3V is a used battery, 12.0V is basically worn out and needs replacing because it's sagging badly under load and upsetting the ECU.

Is it attached to the master cylinder ??

It's attached to the servo, the big round black thing that the master cylinder is bolted to.

Tested battery again tonight its reading 12.1 when cold does this mean it needs to be replaced ??

Got the battery changed today did an oil service along with some new spark plugs aswell. While I was fiddling around I checked out a The lines around the master cylinder and found a huge split in what I think is a vacuum line??

Yep that is the servo pipe with typical split. If it's split there it's possibly split at other barb joints too.

Can you please help me out with which one I need to buy as there is loads for different vag cars ?? 

Os is there a standard size vacume line I can buy and fit and cut up my self ?? 

The part number will be printed on the pipe.

What year is the car and what engine?

Searched the part number but no luck 🤔

Spent the best part of 2 hours looking for the right one with no joy, ivordered that one im sure I will be able to adapt ot somehow its only a vac line with a one way valve on it 🤞

You can cut the tube, heat it and refit it if you have enough length spare, it's very hard once cool.
