Windscreen / A pillar trim, part number, seller?

Featured Replies

Hi all

After having my windscreen replaced, some time later i realised this A pillar trim was missing from the passenger (near) side, anyone know a part number and seller?

I had found a part number but it was unclear as mentions higher and lower trim or something. Then searching the part i could only find euro sellers and then it wasn't clear exactly which side it was for

Part number? = 3T0845453 5AP (this looks different to what i want and may be under the glass)

From = Here

How long since having the screen replaced?

Can you not speak to the windscreen replacement company and ask what they've done with it?

yes very easy, just a simple slot into place.

Although, mine feels a little loose so may add a tiny dab of glue, not sure if the windscreen fitters may of broken any tiny clips in the retaining strip it clips into (I believe this is the first part I linked to in my original post). Thinking back, I kinda remember one night on the motorway feeling like something flew off the car, maybe it was never seated correctly after the glass replacement and simply came off, but I don't know if this was before or after the screen was replaced. Anyway, not an expensive part so no big deal
