Data SIM usage

Featured Replies

Three have got a deal where you get a free SIM that allows 200Mb per month free

if I only use the connection for navigation traffic updates, is that enough data?

Also has anyone used a Three data sim satisfactorily?

I’ve got it and it’s absolutely fine.

I don't really use it for anything other than traffic but as Three don't have any bank details (AFAIK) they can't charge me anything.

I have it too, I ran it for a full year in our Kodiaq and never exceeded the 200Mb data limit.

Chances are that was down to a mix of the fact that Skoda Connect was down for maintenance more often that it wasn't, and when it wasn't it's pretty ineffective anyway.

Needless to say we didn't renew our Skoda Connect subscription last year, so I'm guessing the SIM card is sat in there not doing anything.
