Only ever saw one on the road and yes it was being driven by a Blonde Lady.

Nasty interior what does this car say about the owner other than "look at me". Doubt whether Boxster owners will be trading in their Porsche.

I've seen an Evoque drop top in the metal. It's even uglier than in pictures.

I went to Geneva when it was launched and didn't think it was that bad.

Mrs (incognito) john999boy liked it too.

Most fabric 'drop tops' look good with top down, however, with the lid up they are without fail pig ugly - tin top drop tops all look pretty much the same as they are mostly Mercedes licenced tin tops.

Not my cup of tea. I like the hard top a bit, but I would need to dye my blond if I had one of those

Funny you should say that as I was also extremely impressed with the (then) new Mercedes C43 Coupe and how the roof disappeared into the car.

 

I saw a yellow one early on, it really did look like a skip.

Best watched with sound off maybe. Bad on ears and not that good on the eyes!

The RSQ8 may well be an oversized rocket but has exhaust notes made in heaven.

Yeah but if you watch the whole video you will discover even with the optional Sports exhaust which obviously sounds better it has a soft limiter which will not rev more than 4,000rpm when stationary if you're trying to impress someone. Also he tested the 0-60mph in the video and it will actually do 3.6 seconds and did a lap of the Nurburgring in 7 minutes 42 seconds for those too lazy to watch the whole review. Even with cylinder deactivation I doubt it can average 40mpg like my 170mph Superb (not tested the maximum yet).

RSQ8 is well cool. Would love one

My neighbours (foolishly) bought one.

 

Stuck it out for almost 2 years then turned it in early for a new Disco Sport.

 

Apart from running around looking naff with the top down a couple of times, the accommodation was pitiful.

 

I saw them in the supermarket car park one day loading bags into the back seat - not easy - as the boot was full with half of nothing.

I don't normally like fastback style big SUVs, but that RSQ8 reminds me of a big A1 and I quite like it. Admittedly a lot of that 'like' is that fabulous engine.  I could live with one that's for sure, although it might not be my first choice. 

RSQ8 nope goes in the nasty bracket for me. But I'd also throw in

 

Imagine the cost of replacement tyres for the 2nd or 3rd owner depending on whether the 1st owner ticked the optional 23" alloys rather than the standard 22" alloys. (RSQ8).

This 'Edition' looks like a Halfords styling section pin stripe tape special.

I tried the last model thinking it would be comfortable and easy in and easy out and found they were just cramped.

They borrowed the idea from the Golf GTi red stripe across the front of the car including the headlights perhaps.
