Can anyone help me with update firmware for Bolero in my Skoda Scala? 

OBD11 shows update software version 0464 is available

That's not possible with the Bolero, that is only possible with the Amundsen. Updates can be downloaded from the update portal (if Skoda makes them available, currently not), or you have to go to your dealer. If you've have found a third option, let us know.

That doesn't offer firmware updates, only map updates.
