Hi.  Just picked up a vrs challenge and wanted the rear sill guards, but when the cars been delivered its not got the sill covers I was expecting, grey ones, image attached.

 

Does anyone know if I can get matching rears?  Good job I didn't order the red ones from superskoda.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Not sure where you get rear coloured sill covers from I ordered and fitted myself the grey ones from my local Dealer for £25 per pair but it did annoy me that they weren't a perfect match for the front ones.

Oh good, I keep meaning to ask the same question. Sorry I can't help, but hopefully someone else has managed to find some!

Found them online, but they are pricey, they claim to be original skoda, so I've contacted my local dealer, if I get part numbers ill post them back

Thanks, but do you mean the part linked below? These are the standard silver plates for the vRS, not the mainly grey/black plates we need for the vRS Challenge to match the existing front.

Ah ok. Ill try and explain.

 

My understanding was that all Challenge models have keyless start.

 

As the owner of a none Challenge inferior model I thought I'd try and make a joke about it as the std vRS has silver plates and they were suitable for mine. I indicated this with a joke smiley face but that didn't work.

 

In future such comments can have *JOKE* added if that would help prevent me from upsetting anybody.

Thanks Dave. I ordered after your earlier post and they've arrived here too. Good match to the front covers. 

 

I note the part number 5E0071303D appears to be the same as the plain VRS silver version, so may be tricky for others trying to order from alternative suppliers.
