After some help. Got a seat ibiza 1.4tdi. Bms engine code. Car starts after about 5-10 seconds of turning over. Idles at 1200 rpm and won’t rev past 3500rpm. Glow plug light flashing. Used Ross tech and came up with:

16706/p0322/00802- engine speed sensor(g28): no signal


Ive replaced g28 sensor twice. Replaced engine wiring loom as it had seen better days. pin one I’m getting 5v. Pin two I’m getting earth. Pin 3 I’m getting 5v. 

 

dont know what else to check. Any help and advice please. Thanks jack
