Featured Replies

I RECENTLY HAD MY OCT VRS REMAPPED AND LATER HAD THE D.V REPLACED WITH A FORGE ADJUSTABLE ONE. WITH THE STANDARD DV I COULD HEAR THE PRESSURE HISSING OUT :) WHEN LIFTING OFF AFTER BOOTING IT BUT SINCE THE FORGE ONE NO PHSSST!!!! IS THIS NORMAL?:confused:OR DOES IT NEED ADJUSTING.PERFORMANCE SEEMS SAME SINCE DV UPGRADE:)

No need to shout!

Sorry,

I cant write in lower case.only use capitals:rofl: and I didn't realise. Honest:thumbup:

The fact the Forge DV is quiter suggests that the original was faulty.

if you have the standard panel filter try replacing it with a green panel... you'll hear the DV then, or for the full effect fit an ABD, Carbonio, APR or Jabba induction kit...

Already have different filter and D.V was checked when remapped and was found to be o.k.

How long between the remap and Forge DV though? The extra boost of the remap would have put extra strain on the diaphragm of the OEM DV.

It was about 2 weeks between remap and new DV. 2 weeks of getting used to the extra power:)
