Hi all

Insurance renewal time on the Fabia.
Been with Hastings Direct for years now, always have to beat them up on the price every year been fairly happy over the years.

Using Go Compare again this year i see Churchill come in at a good price with a few of the optional extras thrown in as a deal.
Difference is £306 vs £376.

 

Anyone got any experience with Churchill? Good or bad?

I'll answer my own question!
Looked on Trustpilot and checked their facebook page.
People aren't happy, i know you only usually hear about the bad stuff but there was enough of it to swing me back to Hastings direct and save myself £70 worth of grief (well hopefully....)
I actually contacted Hastings Direct via facebook, someone got back to me within 5 mins. Cancelled the old auto renew and i setup the new one online.
Figured better than trying to ring them and some of my details had changed. Also it sets up online account in the process doing it that way so can get at documents and make changes which i didn't have before.
See what happens....!!!
