Update : PCV valve works fine and there was oil in intake valve but it was not much and intake valves are pretty ok as well. (checked with endoscope) 

 

Didnt check EGR requires more time for removal :)

I was checking live values on OBD II device and found this;

 

High pressure injector adjusted values value cylinder 1  /  55.36 %

 

High pressure injector adjusted values value cylinder 2  /  -54 % (minus)

 

High pressure injector adjusted values value cylinder 3  / 1.54 % 

 

Does anyone know what exactly this means ? 

 

Also hows is the line up for the cylinders ? From left to right 1-2-3  or right to left 3-2-1  :D Because if 1st cylinder is the far left one then fuel rail pressure enough if not we have a problem on fuel pressure. 

 

 

To me, and I could well be wrong, those figures could also possibly mean your OBD2 reader is not right or possibly but less likely but still important to check, that the tools program is fully up to date for your model and year of car.

 

Do check as I might be wrong and knowing the German the three pot could be arse-about-face to the 4-pot - as you stand with the front of your thighs facing the grille far left is cylinder 1.

 

Injectors are different to the fuel rail pressure, if correct the (+ ?) 55.36 and - 54% are the ones to be concerned about, is one compensating for the other, can you check anything else to confirm these readings, perhaps misfires per cylinder or other stuff I can't think of.  What are any other readings from tank to injectors (pressures/delivery).

 

This is all well above my head but not just accepting one set of computer or other diagnostic figures and double-checking and cross-referencing with other tests and sources I do have some experience of and delaying correct diagnosis and proper final resolution (lazy electricians or other employees).

P02D0  Cylinder 3 Fuel Injector Offset Learning At Min Limit

P02CE Cylinder 2 Fuel Injector Offset Learning At Min Limit

Yes cylinder 1  (+ 55.36)    -- 2   (-54 )  -- 3  (+1.54) and ECM complaining 2 -3 

And i dont have code or any anomalies on cylinder 1 / injector.

Thats why i was asking cylinder line up.

If its like in the photo(below) cylinder 3 is the closest one to high fuel pressure pump. I dont think the issue is tank fuel pump or high pressure fuel pum (red circle in photo)

what I see at the moment in car with obd device (all those idle rpm : 949 btw ) 

Zero missfire

High fuel pressure value 191.8 
Fuel pump value  37.54 

Fuel rail pressure 284.99

I'm confused by your references to EGR valve. I don't think there is any such device on your engine?

 

Unfortunately there is 😞

I don't see anything in the parts catalogue to suggest that a DLAC engine has an EGR valve. I think the green ring you've drawn contains a charge air cooler?

Now you confused me :D
I assume EGR stands for exhaust gas recirculation am i wrong ?

Correct. On your engine it will happen internal to the cylinder head, by valve overlap, rather than via an external device and pipes, I think.

As I put it's beyond me but do confirm these reports, if you have a good quality scan tool that is suitable to your car and its program is up to date for the car fair enough, perhaps taking readings at different rpm points might confirm these readings, or even leave at idle and turn air-con, blower, headlights and hazards to load up a bit.  If you have access to another scan tool that is suitable for your car and its program is up to date for your car perhaps confirm with that.  Just looks odd to me, perhaps it's just the wording (translation) but I am very often wrong and I have no idea what else you would need to interrogate on the injectors or fuel system from tank.

 

Just as you have, do double-check things and confirm.

 

At least you will know one of the places to check if you get a coolant leak (which will be more than some professional mechanics will bother with).

Today I went to the another VAG mechanic and he mention when they see those codes 75% issues related to fuel system ( Fuel pump - high pressure fuel pump - EVAP - charcoal canister - fuel sensor) and he said other %25 chances are ( intake manifold - PCV or Turbo) 

Since i know my turbo whistle last 6 months :D

I made and appoitment and they will have a look i will keep you guys updated.
