Hi,

 

Thinking of buying the wife a Roomster 1.2 HTP on an 11 plate. Just wondering if anyone knows of any major problems with these to look out for. I am aware that there was issues with the TSI version of the 1.2 but the HTP seems to be a pretty good option. 

It will be mainly for the wife to use in and around town for work and school runs with the odd motorway trip max 70 miles. 

 

I did try to search for issues with the engine model but didn't return much luck and every VIN check wanted payments.

 

Any help much appreciated
