Fabia Bulb problem

Featured Replies

Hi guys !

I have a pd100 silver vrs body kitted fabia which i am over the moon with, pics soon to follow. But i have noticed a problem with the bulbs.

If i hava the car on half beam, the bulbs are the same strength and look great. But when i whack it on to normal or full beam, the one light is fine, but the other stays on 'half beam' and is quite dull. Does this mean i need a new bulb? Sorry for it being a nub question but you guys are the experts :p

Thanks alot !

It does I,m afraid.

Please tell me you haven't badged it as a vRS.

Nah dont have it badged as a VRS. It has skoda alloys but not VRS ones :) Its a classic also and not an elegance :p

There you go :) Hope you enjoy it as much as i do

nice :thumbup::)

That's the sport bodykit, the vRS bodykit is different but it's derived from the sport bodykit IIRC.

Only criticism is it needs some 16" alloys and lowering afterwards.

What exhaust have you fitted? Is it the vRS tailpipe :confused:

Good work!

cheers for the reply robbo :D, better get down to halfords then :)

Noooooooooo! Get some uprated bulbs off www.powerbulbs.co.uk (Osram Silverstars for dipped beam and Philips Rallye for main beam ;)) as they're currently running a 30% offer - there was a post in the styling forum about it yesterday :D

Technically its the accessory bodykit, Sport one is for 06MY> with round fog lights ;)

Sounds like your main beam bulb has blown.
