Leaking Oil Sump

I just changed the oil and filter on my 2014 skoda rapid 1.2 tsi (105 bhp) and noticed oil and discolouration around the sump pan in what I assumed was the gasket location.

From research it sounds like there is not a traditional gasket but glorified bathroom sealant. I also read a thread of a 1.2 tsi Seat owner have a leak repaired only for the new sealant to leak again. Can you get a traditional gasket instead of the sealant? Anyone else have experience of a leaking sump gasket? Is this a known issue?

Note I have the hatch not the space back.
