Is there a way to enable this myself .  I have tried getting Skoda to call me back but assume busy after lockdown and not able to get thru .  When I try and use the connect app on my phone it says remote unlock needs to be approved by service dept.  See attached 

Only dealer can enable it.

Hi,

 

you need to take your V5 and photo ID to the dealer and they will do it. That is the only way now.
