I want to convert my Octavia 3 5e5 2016 to Octavia 3 Scout. Do you know if this process is plug and play? Like just changing the front bumper and rear bumper?

I looked at it a while back for just the wheel arches. The whole package is linked up. Not cost effective in any way. Far better to swap the whole car out.

From modifying experience it should be fairly simple, different struts and springs. ( although headlight levelling sensor or adaptive cruise sensors might need recoding ) 

bumpers should be a straight swap and if not a few cable ties will help secure the bumper. 
 

depends if you want an exact replica or something taller for some rugged roads. 

If you go down that route, then you might want to go the whole hog and install DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control); you can go for the Rough-Road package which will give you the extra height....then upgrade the tyres.

 

If you are really fused about the plastic sidetrims, they need to be chemically bonded to the bodyshell.
