Bought a Karoq!!

Featured Replies

Took Yeti in for some service work required at 3 years old, brake fluid & Haldex, and ended up getting this free by buying a new Karoq, which I will be collecting tomorrow! I had intended to stick with the Yeti for some time but decided it was time to upgrade. Getting an 190ps edition, so most powerful engine I have ever had in a car to date.

So I guess I need to move over to the Karoq section now!

So 10 years in 3 Yeti's ends tomorrow, never previously had the same car twice in a row, 160k+ relatively trouble free miles. A few issues in the 2010 car which was very early in the production run and had a few teething problems, but it never actully left me stuck anywhere.

..congrats on your new car choice! I am still looking and can't find anything I fancy at the mo. Do let us know how you get on with your new toy, what is the "spec"?

Sad to see you go, but inevitably our numbers are going to fall as time goes by and members leave for pastures new.

In over 55 years of motoring the Yeti is the only car I bought to replace a Yeti and I must admit it has earned a place in my affections like no other car. And boy have I had some cars, starting with a split screen Morris Minor convertible - didn't attract the ladies like my mates bug eyed Sprite but it had a big back seat....,..

Enjoy your Karoq and let us all know what you think of it.
