Alot of hassle for a small fee tweaks imo. And I would have to get it done professionally as I wouldn't be too savvy in electronics.

Dealer got back to me, the guy that sold it me got "confused" with another RS they have there. Some do come from factory not fitted with drive mode apparently.

Sounds like a ROI vs. UK spec difference as our 2015 Elegance does have a drive mode button.
