Hi all, 

I recently became the owner of my first car (Octavia mk II facelift) with an Amundsen (RNS310) entertainment system. As you know this system does not have bluetooth, a feature I'd like to install myself so I can stream my music while driving! I have searched quite a bit on how to install bluetooth myself but I did not get a good enough image of the steps at hand and which hardware to purchase. I came across some nice posts on this forum (1, 2) which covered the same question but all pictures posted are not available anymore which doesn't really help me. So my question is, how can I install bluetooth on my Amundsen and what do I need. Would a part like this work (without installing the mic)?

Hope any of you can point me in the right direction, if more info is needed feel free to ask:)!

The linked item should work and be plug and play for music streaming, however most likely won't support thr phone functions via the headunit. You may still be able to make and answer calls from the phone itself.

@Updown789 thanks for the confirmation, yea I figured the phone function won't really work indeed.

One more additional questions, when I looked at various options to buy. Most seem to have both a + and - wire that need to be connected as well (red & black), link. Where would the red wire (+) go to? Since my previous link only showed a - wire.
