My information system keeps muting -HELP PLEASE!!

I have just bought a new Škoda Kamiq..  Twice now, I have been listening to the radio and gone to call one of my contacts.  It rings the phone but I can’t hear anything. I then terminate the call but the whole system is muted. I can hear the radio, my other media or the phone.  It’s driving me mad. I have no idea why it does it as it works fine most of the time.  Can anyone help pls?

Look in settings and see if the volume for phone is no turned to zero

Volume is up in all settings. Can’t hear the phone, the radio or my USB

Try turning the volume up once the call answers, the display on the dash will change to call and should turn the call volume only up.

I had this with mine, the Kamiq thought that i was still in a phone call so the audio system was muted I only discovered it as the volume display on the dash had a phone symbol when I changed the volume, i could only get round it by making a call and then ending it so the system then went back to normal.
