Obd eleven showing code po403 exhaust gas recirculation, intermittent.Just passed m.o.t. today mechanic told me it may have had the egr blocked off.Any other ideas?

Strip and clean the EGR system. Unpleasant but cost effective.

Also code 01271 temperature flap motor short circuit b4 (Intermittent) and code 65535 central module faulty (static). ?????

Both quite common. I'd do the control unit first and try and reset the motor.
