DRLS

Featured Replies

Just noticed today that my 11 plate fabia vrs DRLS have started to fog up.would i be right in thinking that the sealing has gone and dampness is getting in.if it gets any worse are they easy enough to replace ? ( all the bulbs still working ) thanks in advance for any advice

Dead easy to replace, not that easy to find for 'Much cheapness' though.

You pull off that black plastic cover with care but some strength, and then unscrew the unit, and unplug. Replace.

here you are.

Cheers will have a dry run to see if there is any cracks/splits in the hope of an easy repair

bit of condensation at this time of year is expected to be honest, most modern car lamps do it

Does it clear when they have been on ?

Only noticed it after an hour drive so I would say no it only seems to be the bottom half on both sides

I'm sure the fogging (moisture) disappears when they are warm  and been on for while
