Used warranty issues

Featured Replies

Just looking through the used warranty for the 4-year old Seat Mii I just purchased (basically a different-badged Citigo). I hope it's okay to post this here (my other car is an amazing Yeti!).

The used warranty document reads that any single claim is max £1,000 (one thousand pounds). I wondered if that is the same with Skoda Citigo, and if so, what use is £1,000 if the gearbox broke?  I'd alway assumed main dealer warranties would be best, but now wondering if they're a bit of a con?

Best look at the T&C's with the cover on Skoda's, limits etc.

Many thanks, I think the 'Used Warranty' supplied with main dealer used cars may be different to the 'Extended Warranty' offered to owners when a car becomes three(?) years old?
