Hi, after a scan a fault appeared.

 

00706 - Relay for Coolant Fan; Stage 2 (J513) 

            009 - Open or Short to Ground

Try to clean the contacts with a contact spray cleaner. If this does not solve your problem maybe a new fan switch may be needed. If so see if you kept your receipt from the one you put last year to ask for warranty replacement.

Coolant fan relay was replaced with no luck.

Also a new coolant fan installed with no luck too.

I will try cleaning the contacts and see if problem will be solved.

Check strip fuse no. 3 in the battery fusebox.

Yes a good top tip from Wino .I only learnt about these fusible links on top of the battery box ,after I read an article in Car Mechanics magazine .Until then in my ignorance I didn't realise they were fuses, but thought they were just metal joining strips.
