Replace chrome window trim with black from sportsline

Featured Replies

Hi All

I'm looking to replace out all the chrome window trims on my Superb Estate with the black ones found on the sportline model.

I know i can plastidip or vinylwrap them but looking for something more durable.

Does anybody have the part numbers for each of the black window trim items. I'm sure they won't be cheap.

Our if somebody has a link to where i could buy them, would be appreciated

Thanks

Hi mate,

These guys should have everything you need: http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/SUPERB-III/Bodykit/

I've used them before on my old Superb MK2 and thinking of doing the same as you as i have a moon white MK3 Superb.

Cheers,

Kev

Tried that first any no sign of black window trim for the superb mkIII

Sorry mate, i thought they would do them for sure.

Also in AU and looking to do exactly the same, as mentioned SS dont have MKIII trims listed.

Came across this site, but they wont ship to Oz :( but its handy for part number references - https://www.skoda-parts.com/catalog/superb-3/spare-parts/body-13.html

The front lower grille trims will pop out pretty easily as they are clipped in, but around the windows trims I'm not sure.

Wrapping is pretty much your best option, the trim tends to be bonded to the body panels, it's not just clipped on.
Decent vinyl wrap will last years, not like plastidip.
