Egypt and i looking for gl4 oil that is little in my market but i have found luqimoly as i mentioned above but want to be sure which one is sutiable for felicia gearbox

also there is mobil 80w90 in market but i think it dosent fit felicia gearbox

First of all, some theory:

The main difference between GL-4 and GL-5 gear oils is the amount of Extreme Pressure (EP) additives. Sulphur/Phosphorus containing products are used as EP-additive. This additive has the purpose to prevent the occurrence of micro-welds on the gear flanks at the local high temperatures which prevail in EP circumstances (temperatures well in excess of 800℃!) GL-5 has roughly twice the amount of EP additives compared to GL-4, which is why it is often used in high-pressure circumstances such as in a front axle and rear axle differential.

Sulphur/Phosphorus additives however have an unfavourable property: they can react aggressively towards bronze and copper. This can be disastrous for the synchromesh rings of a gearbox. Therefore it is not recommended to use GL-5 in a gearbox unless the manufacturer allows this.

And another bit of theory:

Multigrade SAE gearbox oil grades include two numbers separated by a ‘W’ (75W90, for instance), with the initial number before the ‘W’ indicating performance at 0°C and the number after showing the lube’s performance at 100°C. As with monograde oils, the higher the number, the greater its viscosity.

The conclusion is this:

  1. you need a GL4 gearbox oil
  2. given you live in a hot weather region, you need a 80W90 oil

My recommendation is to buy 3 liters of this oil:

but i wonder what is the diffrent between gl4 and gl4+

if i found the another one only can it be sutiable or not

GL4+ doesn't exist as a gearbox oil standard. It is just a glorified GL4 oil using the marketing techniques.

Bigger price higher quality.

As ricardo said use either gl4 or gl4+ but i would not use 75w-90 as it will make shifting into first gear harder, i would use fully sythetic 75w-80
