Yeti 2.0TDI - No power (sometimes), restart and all is fine? Error Codes 04875, P261A, 00470

Have a 2009 Yeti 2.0  (Engine CFHA), that sometimes  (couple of time a week?) has little power and doesnt want to drive above 30mph. There are no engine management lights.

I have scanned with Carista, and get 00470 Databus in single wire, 04875 Manufacturer specific code, and P261A (Coolant Pump B control circuit open).

If I turn off and restart it behaves normally (100% of the time)

Previously, there was an engine management light displayed, Coolant pump B was change (but maybe not a VW official part) and all was well. 

Any ideas what to check for? Im suspecting Coolant Pump B again.
