Skoda Flexible Service Regime? When is my next service? Does this look right? Oil Change Service v Inspection Service

Just bought a new superb. Dealer provided copy of Digital Service Book (Service History Certificate).

It shows, Car on "Flexible". Inspection Service Nov 19 on 20,000 miles, and then another Inspection Service in Nov 20, at 40,000 Miles. In addition, shows a Used Car MPC, and Adblue Topup.

The screen on the car reports, Inspection in 19900 miles / 349 days, and Oil Change Service in 6300 miles / 264 days.

If the Inspection was done in Nov (which I assume included a oil change) , then why would it show 6300 miles to run? 

What is the difference between an "inspection" and Oil Change Service as reported on the car infotainment? Dealers seem to refer to Oil and Inspection, and Extended Scope?

I have logged into Erwin, put in the VIN, but it only shows an Delivery Inspection (not shown the the dealers copy), and and a "Inspection with Oil Change" in Nov 19.

The dealer claims the Digital Book is up to day (and send a copy), any reason this doesnt show on ErWIn?

I understand if I reset service using the dashboard buttons it goes to Fixed inteval. If service is carried out by an independant, can it be kept on Flexible using VCDS/ VCP etc
