Hi, hope everyone’s keeping well. Delighted with our new Fabia. In addition to the £99 service plan I extended the warranty to 5 years. We’ve had confirmation of the service plan, but nothing re the warranty.

Could anyone who’s purchased the warranty please confirm if they had written confirmation or not.

I remember having this very question when I took out the extended warranty on mine 4.5 years ago, I didn’t get any paperwork confirming. I did get the dealer to show me the warranty end date on their system though, that has been updated to show 2021 so put my mind at rest. I’d suggest doing the same.

Ask the supplying dealer for printout the Vehicle Data information held on their Skoda computer system.  Apart from showing full details of the status,  contract type and start and finish dates for the warranty, it also lists all the PR numbers (option codes) and their descriptions for your car's full build.  The vehicle data sticker in the boot of my Yeti lists 45 Pr numbers whereas the Vehicle Data printout lists all 207.
