Can has OSU Update today, following SOS Emergency Call error. Anyone else seen this?

 

Car reported low battery please drive, then has a message SOS emergency call that didnt go off. Dealer has the car back, and updated OSU?? Anyone else needed an OSU updates? What problems does this cause / solve? How often is an update needed.

Sorry - Should be OCU -  Onboard Communication Unit - http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Common_Acronyms
