Hi                                               Having a problem with pool of water in front footwell, sunroof drains ok, no water from bulkhead seems to come in from where door seal sits  on sill but seal is intact.

Any other ideas before I buy a new door seal

 

 

Very common issue. Check the door seal and inside/behind the door cards to make sure the plastic door coverings are in tact. Double check under the scuttle panel (both sides) as there are two small bungs which you can see straight into the footwells. Drivers side should be the bonnet release cable and the passenger side will just have a bung if it's there.

and check behind the wheel arch liners for built up leaves and muck that stop the scuttkes from draining out.

Still trying it seems to be seeping in on the metal where the door seal pushes over

check along the underside of the door card for evidence. if there is any get the card off and check the membrane for rips / holes.
