Good afternoon, I'm an owner of a 2011 vrs, I've recently changed the battery & have noticed I've lost the sound when locking the car (only the Indicators now flash) also the alarm has activated recently with no sound just flashing indicators. I don't have the maxidot feature to change anything.  Any ideas on how to fix or remedy  the issue? Thanks in advance. 

When you say you've changed the battery, do you mean DIY, or you had it done by a garage/dealership?

It was a DIY job. 

 

You possibly left your car with no current and so it has lost settings.

Also you may have noticed the auto function is windows has been missed.
