Random question..

 

Is it normal when starting the car, from cold, and engaging reverse that the rear camera video and lines display immediately but the picture of the car with the sensors etc takes a few seconds to pop up?

 

e.g.

 

The delay is more or less in line with the Columbus booting up as the sensors displaying is instant if the Columbus is already booted.

 

I feel like it this delay is new, but I guess I never really paid close attention to it really.. non issue, just curious

Sometimes the unit takes 3 seconds to start smartlink and sometimes 8 or so.. it’s annoying when getting in and hitting reverse to no sensor displaying
