Hello all,

 

New user here as getting my first Skoda on Monday 12th - the Vrs Estate DSG Tdi in Race Blue.

 

Just wondering if anyone else has the Diesel version and if so, has anyone had it remapped successfully? I ask as a few places have told me that the latest VAG engines have mapping-protection built in and a standard remap on these isn't possible.

 

Has anyone been able to have a straight-forward remap on this engine and if so, where from and what increase in power was claimed/had?

What year is yours? Plenty places that will map a vrs TDI.

Dyno run figures are on my project thread if you want to get an idea of power and torque it can get the RS TDi to with overlay comparison to a previously fitted tuning box fitted prior to the remap.
