Retrofit front parking sensors

Featured Replies

Hello

I'm new to the forum, having recently purchased a used 69-plate Kamiq SE L.

I was wondering if anyone has investigated retrofitting of front parking sensor aids. Would a main Skoda dealer be able to do this? Any idea on sort of cost for these to be fitted whether just with audible beeps or with integration to the infotainment screen?

Thanks

Ess

PS - might have other questions once I've got more used to the car. Like it so far.

My dealer said they could fit them, but the ones they use are a third party add on and don't integrate into the infotainment.

I contacted a dealer and they said they couldn't do it

I don´t know if this website is a good one or its some scam but maybe you would be able to fit front parking sensors

I ordered our car without electric tailgate and now I think to fit it but it cost 1500 euro and its a lot of money and 99% would skip this :D

Hello.

Last month I retrofit my Kamiq with original front parking sensors. It was integrated into the infotainment (8'' Bolero).

It was done by one of official Skoda dealer in Kyiv.

Rear parking sensors had been installed on the plant.

PS The other official dealer said, that they cant do it and strongly not recommended me to do it. Because I should have ordered this option from plant when I planed to buy this car.
