Hello.

I picked up my new Superb yesterday and tried to create a new user profile, however it said the email was already in use. I can’t remember my password and can’t find anywhere to choose “forgotten password” on the car or on the internet.

Am I missing something? 

If you download the Skoda connect app you should be able to reset from there. I picked my new superb on Friday and I'm working my way through a few issues myself. Now it won't let me create and additional user profile for my wife... 

I’ve downloaded the Skoda App, but doesn’t let me do anything on it. Seems to imply that I need a data plug for my car….

Yesterday, it came up on screen that there was a software update but can’t seem to find it on the infotainment system. Been on updates but nothing shows up
