Most won't take it on because, unlike the Octavia 1Z kit, it's not an authorised kit for use in the UK.

Some will, it's just a case of asking. I would expect it to be more expensive as there is a lot more work involved.

I just wanted to clear somthing up that was mentioned earlier in this thread,the MK5 Golf cruise kit fits Golf models with the Multifunction computer and is nothing to do with the multifuntion steering wheel.

It was some mis - information from my local dealer that I should have rectified myself.

It centre's around having the correct steering column controller.
