Wiring diagram for Yeti 2014 1.2

Featured Replies

Hi any good pointers to a wiring diagram for the above vehicle, most of the ones Googled have in the region of 250 to 300 pages !!!

That seems about right, there is a lot of diagrams as the cars split into various functions.

Official source is https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/erwin/ but I think it's down atm.

The full set of wiring diagrams for (all types of) Yeti from Nov 2013 is a pdf of 5054 pages.

Ctrl-F is excellent at jumping to where you need to be though, as long as you know a suitable search term.

What is it that you are trying to find out?

Rear Tailgate,3rd brake light, number plate lights, wiper motor, and especially door lock !

If all of those are not working I would be looking at where the wires bridge between the body and boot. I wouldn't mind betting that they have broken.

Adopt the KISS principle and look at the simplist thing first.

Would it not be easier for everyone if you posted that yourself?

I did !!! Don’t understand!!!

The individual strands in those cables look very straight and parallel which makes them stiffer because of the stretch one side and compression on the opposite side. Similar to when you bend a tube it stiff until it kinks. If the cables are expected to flex in service then the strands need to be twisted inside like rope.

You didn't post them in this thread though, so how were we to find them?
