I really want to improve both dip as well as main. Any ideas anyone?

I am hoping Andy will post the results of his purchase and how this is accomplished with two separate bulbs for dip and main I suppose. Do the police really check what type of bulbs you are using for main beam? I can see they might notice dips if they were to cause dazzling but main is pretty unlikely unless you cause an accident.
