Skoda Rapid rear wash wipe and front screen wash not working

Hello all, new to the site. 
I have a 2016 Rapid 1.4 diesel that recently started to have a wiper issue. It’s strange because it happened exactly at the same time. 
Front screen washer stopped working, wipers are still working, no pump noise to indicate that the pump is working. At the same time the rear wiper and wash stopped working altogether. 
I’ve checked fuses and none blown, missing or any visible signs of wear. 
 

Can anyone suggest a possible theory please?
