Carlinkit have a plug and play out of the box 8 core android device now that does wireless android auto. works seemlessly in my car and ive hidden it behind the dash. 512GB card sim and 128GB ROM. i definitely recommend them...

its about 50mm square and 20mm deep. fits nicely  in the compartment infront of the gear stick.
