Android Auto - Car Play not working

 Hello all, i have a Superb III 2016 with Columbus software is updtaed. Problem is when i conect android phone is charging only no AA. It apears in menu also with Car Play but inactive. i try with several phones with android, diffrent cables try diferent iPhones no luck, only charging.

I think that you need to pay to have the car updated to work with AA/CarPlay for a 2016 car.

I have already done the updates, i have the latest software.

The car was originaly suporting AA and CP

People have been known to have problems with poor quality cables but you've tried that already. :thinking:

 

Have you done a soft reset of the Columbus?

The USB where is conected ?

In the glove box unit directly ?

I don't know and I may be wrong but I don't think my USB backplate looks like yours either.

I will check the USB.
